Courier Post are accepting signatures again - We use their 'Signature Required' service as default, if you would prefer to have the parcel left, please provide us with delivery instructions for the courier. Don't worry, If you have 'Authority to Leave' lodged at your address, that will overrule the 'signature required'!
Courier Post are pretty much back on track with their deliveries, please keep an eye on your tracking and contact us if you are concerned
INTERNATIONAL
There are still significant delays with shipping outside of New Zealand. Some flights to certain countries have been cancelled. DHL express shipping is available.
We can still offer tracked air post to certain countries, but be aware that there are significant delays. Shipping to Europe and North America is significantly delayed.
If you require the order promptly please consider purchasing DHL Shipping.

We have four main shipping options, these are as follows:

1. Delivery within New Zealand (CourierPost)

  • Delivery is free for all orders of $50 or more.
  • For orders less than $50 a flat shipping rate of $5 applies.
  • Free shipping will not be granted to orders weighing over 15kgs

Please note:

  • Someone must be present to sign for delivery of the parcel.
  • These delivery times are after our handling time. Handling time can take up to 7 working days.
  • Delivery in the North Island will be the next working day (except rural areas which will be 2-3 working days).
  • Delivery in the South Island will be 2-3 working days.
  • Some items have a specific lead time, details will be included in the product description. Such items include, but are not restricted to: Rugby Vests, Under Armour gear and any item with name/number personalisation ordered.

2. eParcel Service to Australia

  • This is for orders shipped to Australia by standard post.
  • Delivery is free for orders of $100 or more, unless they weigh more than 2kgs, free shipping will not be granted to orders weighing over 2kgs.
  • For orders less than $100, and weighing less than 2kgs, a flat shipping rate of $15 applies.

Please note:

  • The buyer is liable for payment of any country import tax/duty/GST/VAT at the time of entry into the country of destination.
  • Parcels sent by eParcel service are traceable, at first they can be tracked on the NZ Post website, then once the parcel has been scanned into Australia, the same tracking number can be used on the Australian Post website.
  • Delivery takes 5-10 working days after handling time. Handling time can take up to 7 working days.

3. Standard International Shipping (International Post)

  • This is for orders shipped to countries outside of New Zealand & Australia by standard post.
  • We no longer offer free shipping outside of NZ and Australia.
  • A flat shipping rate of NZ$25 is offered to selected countries. This is offered for orders up to 2kg, orders weighing more will only have DHL shipping offered.

Please note:

  • The buyer is liable for payment of any country import tax/duty/GST/VAT at the time of entry into the country of destination.
  • Parcels sent by standard international shipping are traceable to most countries, there are a few exceptions.
  • NOTE THAT THERE ARE DELAYS CURRENTLY.Delivery takes 7- 20 days after handling time. Handling time can take up to 7 working days.

4. Express International Shipping (DHL)

  • This is for orders shipped to countries outside New Zealand by DHL courier.
  • Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the items ordered and the destination they will be sent to.
  • Please add an item to your cart and select your delivery country for a quote of delivery costs for that item.

Please note:

  • The buyer is liable for payment of any country import tax/duty/GST/VAT at the time of entry into the country of destination.
  • Delivery takes 2-7 working days after handling time.
  • Handling time can take up to 7 working days.
  • Express items cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
  • A valid contact phone number is required
  • Someone must be present to sign for delivery of the parcel.
